RESCHEDULING
You can reschedule yourappointment 72hrs before the scheduled appointment date. We will apply your retainer to the new date ONCE However, failure to reschedule within 72hrs, will result in you forfeiting your retainer and would need to book a new appointment
Delay
A lateness fee of $20 will be charged after a 15mins grace period. Please keep in mind this charge is only applicable if we don't have a client after you, if we do, We reserve the right to cancel the appointment without any refund.
